Scope of Work

Our audit services will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Statutory Audit of financial statements prepared under applicable laws.

Verification of Books of Accounts in line with Companies Act 2017 and SECP regulations.

Review of Internal Controls & Compliance with relevant accounting and tax laws.

Preparation of Audited Financial Statements in compliance with IFRS and local reporting standards.

Management Letter highlighting key findings, weaknesses, and recommendations for improvement.

Assistance in Filing audited accounts with SECP, FBR, and other regulatory bodies (if required).

Advisory Support regarding tax matters, corporate compliance, and financial reporting.

Professional Fee

Our professional fee for the annual audit will be PKR [amount], exclusive of applicable government taxes.

Out-of-pocket expenses (stamp papers, government challans, courier, etc.) will be charged at actuals.

Payment Terms

50% advance at the start of the assignment.

50% upon completion and submission of audited financial statements.
